Teleperformance is looking for tech support specialists with networking knowledge and/or experience.

 

                                                                                                                                            

Purpose of Position: Assist consumer and business level customers with troubleshooting and technical support of their internet and related services.

 

                                                                                                                                 

Qualifications and requirements:

    Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows OS Issues and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and DOS
    Networking essentials knowledge for troubleshooting Routers, Switches, Modems, and Access Points
    Ability to multitask, including navigating multiple browser windows, while speaking with a customer.
    Ability to type 25 words per minute.
    English Proficiency 90-100% (conversation).
    Age 19 to 35 years old.
    6 months of customer service experience.
    High school diploma or equivalency.
    Must be able to work a full time schedule and weekends.

             

                                                                                                                                    

Additional recommended qualifications:

    One year of customer service experience.
    One year of technical support experience.
    Network certifications like CCNP, CCNA .
    Certifications such as A+ N+ Sec+
    One year troubleshooting issues with networking, PC repair, and/or internet connectivity issues.
